When your AC quits in July or your furnace won’t fire in January, the person who shows up matters as much as the parts they carry. Our Atlanta crew is built on that idea. We’re technicians who live in the neighborhoods we serve, from Kirkwood to Buckhead to East Atlanta. Some of us grew up here. Some of us got here as fast as we could. What unites us is simple: we write the price down before we touch anything, we stand behind the work for a full year, and we treat your home like our own. Devin Marlowe, our owner, set that tone in 2003 and hasn’t budged since.

Our People
Marcus T. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems in Atlanta for 14 years, the last 6 of them with Brandt HVAC Co Atlanta. He holds NATE certification in air conditioning and heat pump service and is the guy we send when a system has stumped someone else. Carrier, Trane, Goodman, Rheem – Marcus has seen the inside of all of them and can tell you which ones handle Atlanta humidity best. When he’s not chasing a refrigerant leak in a crawlspace, he’s rebuilding the engine on a 1987 Ford F-150 that he swears will run forever. So far, it has.
Dana R. – Senior Installer
Dana has spent 11 years installing and replacing residential HVAC equipment, and she’s the reason our install jobs look like they were done by someone who actually cares. She’s EPA 608 certified and handles everything from full system changeouts to duct modifications in older Atlanta homes where nothing is square and the original builder made some interesting choices. Dana’s specialty is making a new system fit where an old one barely did. She keeps a small notebook in her tool bag where she sketches out duct layouts before cutting anything. It’s old school, but it works.
Keisha W. – Service Coordinator
Keisha is the voice you’ll most likely hear when you call Brandt HVAC Co Atlanta at (762) 465-4570. She’s been coordinating service calls for 9 years and knows our schedule, our truck locations, and which technician is right for which job better than anyone. Keisha is the reason you get told who’s coming to your door, with a photo and a name, before the truck pulls up. She grew up in Decatur and can tell you which roads are backed up at any given hour, which means our arrival windows are usually right. She also bakes a pecan pie every Thanksgiving that the whole crew fights over politely.
Andre D. – Apprentice Technician
Andre joined us 2 years ago as an apprentice after finishing his HVAC training at Atlanta Technical College. He rides with Marcus most days, learning the trade the right way: by doing the work, not just watching it. Andre is working toward his NATE certification and already handles AC maintenance calls on his own, including coil cleanings, capacitor checks, and drain line flushes. He’s the youngest guy on the team and the one most likely to volunteer for a sweltering attic call in August. That matters in this business. Andre also restores old bicycles and has given away three to neighborhood kids so far this year.
One Standard, Every Job
Brandt HVAC Co Atlanta is part of the Threshold Group family of home-service companies, which means every one of our technicians has passed the Threshold Verified standard. That’s background-checked, identity-verified, and held accountable for the person who shows up at your door matching the name and photo you were sent. If anyone arrives who you weren’t told to expect, that visit is on us. Every job starts with a written price. Every repair includes a written guarantee covering parts and labor for 365 days under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If a repair fails inside that year, we come back at no charge. No argument, no fine print, no “well, actually.” That’s the standard Devin set when he opened this location, and it’s the standard Marcus, Dana, Keisha, Andre, and the rest of the crew uphold every single day. Same promise, same paperwork, same handshake energy, whether it’s a capacitor replacement in Cabbagetown or a full system install in Sandy Springs.
